In this role, staff assist with member check-ins, provide general information about wellness services and programs, and help maintain a clean and functional facility. Responsibilities also include monitoring equipment usage, responding to minor issues or questions, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in customer service. Should be able to lift 50 lbs.
