Student Help Desk Tech I
Provide first-level IT support to the campus community. Responsibilities include answering calls, creating and managing support tickets, resetting passwords, and escalating issues to higher-level IT staff.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled student
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Schedule: Flexible hours around class schedule
