Students will focus on updating alumni contact info, soliciting donations, confirming event registrations, and building relationships with constituents of the College through phone calls, texts, handwritten notes, or event participation. 

Additionally, Donor Engagement Assistants may be asked to share their stories or participate in photo/video shoots to further the work of the Institutional Advancement office. *Any story/video/photo work will be optional.

This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain positivity and professionalism in high-stress situations, the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine affinity for Springfield College.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm – 9:00pm

On the occasion that a qualified Donor Engagement Assistant can not work evening hours, afternoon calling hours can be substituted.
