Graduate Student Coordinator

Graduate Student Coordinator  supports the Sedegely Family Fund for Mental Health Initiatives

This position provides graduate-level student staff support for mental health initiatives. The coordinator will:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the Healthy Minds Assessment for the Springfield College community, including 
    • Preparing the IRB submission
    • Creating advertisements and email drafts
    • Obtaining incentives
    • Coordinating with the Healthy Minds Network and Springfield College’s Institutional Research for survey administration
    • Potential to assist in data collection and analysis
  • Support the Counseling Center and Health Promotion in planning the College’s annual Fresh Check Day. Prepare planning documents, purchase supplies, coordinate incentives, and collaborate with other departments.
  • May assist Counseling Center and Health Promotion with other tasks directly related to the initiatives supported by the Sedegely Family Fund for Mental Health Initiatives
