Federal Work Study Students engage in a year-long mentoring program with a local elementary school student one afternoon per week from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. on the Springfield College campus. Ideal candidates will possess skills necessary to facilitate recreational and educational activities that help to prepare 5th grade students for a successful transition to middle school, including teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
