Springfield College (Undergraduate Former Students Returning Process)


Welcome Back to Springfield College!

Former students returning to Springfield College will need to apply through the readmit form below. A Former Student Returning (FSR) is defined as a student returning to Springfield College after being away for more than 1 semester and who has not earned a bachelor's degree.

Step 1: Submit The FSR Application

The first step is completing the FSR Application. Apply Now!

Step 2: Apply For Financial Aid

If you want to be considered for financial aid, please be sure to complete the FREE Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at studentaid.gov and use the IRS Data Retrieval option if it is available to you. The code for Springfield College is 002211

Step 3: Notification of Acceptance

You will be notified once you have been readmitted with a CONGRATULATIONS email on the next steps. This email will include the non-refundable $150 enrollment deposit instructions, orientation date(s), password management information, and financial aid information. Please keep in mind you will not be able to deposit until you have been accepted.

Deposit Instructions: 
There are two ways to submit your $150 non-refundable deposit:

1) You can pay online through the college's portal, PrideNet. Once you are on the PrideNet page, there will be a tab named Admissions (at the top), click on this and when you scroll down there will be a tab option that states Enrollment Deposit
 
2) Mail a check or money order made payable to Springfield College to:

Step 4: Connect With Advisor 

Your advisor will become your next point of contact now that you are a student once you have paid your enrollment deposit. Your advisor will reach out to you primarily through your Springfield College email to set up an appointment. They will help you prepare for your undergraduate academic career at Springfield College, from navigating which classes to choose to developing your educational plan as a returning student.

Please keep in mind that there is a waiting period (7-14 days) between steps two and three which is contingent on the student.

Readmittance is not guaranteed. The Admissions Office may request additional documentation in order to make an admissions decision.
