Employer Services

The Career Center provides a number of opportunities for employers to recruit highly qualified and talented Springfield College students. We will assist in coordinating on-campus interviews, informational tables, career presentations, posting employment opportunities, and more. In addition to assisting you in the recruitment of Springfield College’s best talent, we also provide interviewing space and flexibility to customize your visit to the best of your company/organization’s needs.

Recruiting Dates

Fall visits
October through the beginning of December

Spring visits
February through mid-April

Informational Tables

Informational tables are an effective approach to showcase your company/organization to the student population. We will advertise your visit through a variety of channels and to the appropriate academic departments. Please complete the Informational Table Request Form if you are interested in reserving a table. Please submit a request two weeks in advance from your desired date. You will receive a confirmation once proper reservations have been made and/or if we have any questions regarding your request.

On-campus Interviewing

We offer the opportunity for employers to interview candidates on the campus utilizing our interviewing space in the Career Center. Please log into your Handshake account and use the “On-Campus Interviews” link in the left column to request an interview schedule. Once you have submitted your request, the Springfield College Career Center will message you with any further questions. Please submit a request at least one month in advance from your desired date. You will receive a confirmation once proper reservations have been made and/or if we have any questions regarding your request.
