Arianna is from Bristol, Conn., and attended Arizona State University while she was dancing professionally for the Washington Ballet, Ballet Arizona, and Colorado Ballet. She then attended the University of Denver where she earned her master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. She has spent most of her clinical time in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and also sees clients through her sport and performance psychology business, Persistence Psych.
Arianna’s quick and easy mental health tip: get outside! Spending time in nature can be a helpful and accessible way to improve your mental health. Research shows that exposure to natural environments—whether it's a park, forest, beach, or even just a garden—can have profound benefits for both mood and cognitive function.
