Grayson is a third-year student in the Counseling Psychology PsyD program. With a background in Applied Psychology and Counseling, Grayson is passionate about supporting students through the ups and downs of their college journeys. Grayson has previous experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, and is dedicated to making therapy a safe and accessible experience for all students. Grayson’s mental health tip? Make time to laugh. Research shows that laughter can help to decrease stress-making hormones and increase feel-good chemicals in the body, helping to improve mood and overall mental wellness.
