Grayson Stevens
Grayson is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program. With a background in applied psychology and counseling, Grayson is passionate about supporting students through the ups and downs of their college journeys. He has previous experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, and he is dedicated to making therapy a safe and accessible experience for all students. Grayson’s mental health tip is to make time to laugh. Research shows that laughter can help to decrease stress-making hormones and increase feel-good chemicals in the brain, helping to improve mood and overall mental wellness.
