Joseph (Joe) Kele has been teaching at Springfield College since fall 2021, specializing in preparing first- and second-year students for advanced coursework in Anatomy & Physiology and Introductory Biology. He teaches large, diverse cohorts using an application-driven, case-based approach that emphasizes critical thinking over memorization. His work includes redesigning foundational A&P curricula to integrate systems-level understanding and improve student readiness for upper-level and professional programs. His research is focused on supporting students and enhancing faculty strategies in high-enrollment science courses.
