After graduating with her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at the University of Connecticut, Kate Dadio worked as a graduate assistant at the University of New Haven. There, she earned her Master of Healthcare Administration degree before continuing her career working at East Lyme High School as the head Athletic trainer. While at East Lyme, Dadio continued her education and earned her Doctorate of Health Science from the University of New Haven. She then moved on to Connecticut College to continue her athletic training career. She spent two years there and worked primarily with the following teams: field hockey, men's/women's basketball, hockey, and women's lacrosse. Currently, Dadio serves as an assistant professor and athletic trainer at Springfield College and works primarily with the women's soccer and wrestling teams.
