Samantha A. Scott is an educator and an experienced clinician who has provided health care to patients in NCAA Division I and III institutions, sports rehabilitation and performance, and military settings. After earning her PhD in 2022, Scott served on faculty at Southern Connecticut State University in the Master of Athletic Training and Bachelor of Health Science programs. Scott's scholarship focuses on mental health, mainly focusing on anxiety and coping mechanisms among athletic training students. In addition to her duties as residency program director, she teaches in the musculoskeletal examination, diagnosis, and treatment series and clinical education courses.
