Will Arighi came to Springfield College in 2018. His research interests focus on literary cultures and aesthetic philosophy in colonial and postcolonial territories, particularly in Latin America and Southeast Asia. He has participated in language study in Mexico and a Fulbright-Hayes Group Project in the Philippines, and taught college writing, Tagalog language, and world literature. Professor Arighi has published numerous articles and is a previous fellow of the Walter Chapin Simpson Center for the Humanities at the University of Washington.
