Marketing Project Request Form

Our goal is to help you create impactful, brand-aligned content that supports student recruitment, engagement, and awareness of Springfield College. We may suggest alternative products, services, or ways of doing things based on our expertise.

Before submitting your request, please review the guidelines below. 

(Once you submit this form you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive this email your request has not been submitted)

 

Timeline and Turnaround

  • New Projects: 2–4 weeks (may require a start-up meeting; begins after all assets are received)
  • Repeat/Reprint Projects: 7–10 business days
  • Rush Requests: Indicate urgency clearly; we will do our best to accommodate

Proofing and Review

  • Two rounds of edits only
  • Final approver must see project request before submitting

Assets

  • Please attach all assets (copy, photos, etc.) to this request. Missing assets will delay the start of your project.
  • Please provide all copy (text) as a shared google document (preferred) or unformatted Microsoft Word document
  • Please provide all photos in high resolution and as .jpg files, not embedded in a Word doc.
  • Please provide all external logos as vectors -  .eps, .ai, .svg  files.
  • We cannot utilize any copyrighted images or text, so please do not upload any assets you do not have the rights to.

Please make sure to include the web page URL in your request.

 

Photography/Video Information

Please note that approval of photography/video requests is at the discretion of the Marketing staff as we focus our efforts on projects that enhance the College's enrollment needs. We will make decisions on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to suggest alternate solutions for requests we cannot fulfill.

You will receive two rounds of design proofs. Please review them carefully and route to your approver. Once approved, please email them back to the Office of Communications. Additional proofs will delay the project and will be worked on after other projects with upcoming due dates.
