Customer Service Help Desk Technician-Student

The Customer Service Help Desk Technician serves as the first point of contact for technical support, assisting users via phone, chat, email, ticketing systems, and in person.  Qualifications: Strong communication skills; Previous customer service experience preferred.  

Available Schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Hours Needed to Fill:

  • 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

  • 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
