Athletic Event Announcers assist the contest supervisor with set-up and break-down, and perform the role of Public Address Announcer during the event. The PA Announcer handles general announcements, starting lineups, and basic in-game action such as goals, assists, and substitutions. Night and weekend work is required. Hours per week are dependent on the number of home contests and the employee’s availability. All training is provided; prior experience is not required. Interested candidates should exhibit confidence, the ability to speak in front of people, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
