June Orientation Leaders will be selected in May. Leaders will return to campus from June 16-20th to train and assist with the five days of June Orientation June 23-27th.

General Responsibilities for all Leaders include: 
● Answering questions about the College in a positive and responsible manner 
● Assisting with program logistics, including assembling information packets, posting signs, conducting campus tours, and other projects 
● Making appropriate referrals for students or family members seeking more information 
● Facilitating participant interaction 
● Promoting on-campus involvement and responsible academic habits 
● Must hold consistent communication through Springfield College Email. 

Qualifications include: 
● The ability to relate well with students, parents, and family members 
● Co-Curricular Involvement 
● Excellent communication skills 
● The ability to work as part of a team 
● Familiarity with Springfield College programs, policies, and campus resources 
● A positive attitude about Springfield College and your college experience 
● A minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA
● Good judicial standing with the College

Compensation: 
● Leaders will be paid $15 hourly (to be taxed) 
● Housing and some meals provided
