Many occupations other than education - medicine, business, health, journalism, etc. - require teaching others. The Education minor at Springfield College combines courses and experiences in educational theory and practice. Students minoring in Education will be prepared to apply skills and knowledge of lesson planning, pedagogy, and assessment to differentiated groups of learners.
