Spin classes will be held in the Wellness Center, room 202.
All other classes will be held in room 214. All are welcome!
Class Format Descriptions
- Spin: Hop on the stationary bike for an immersive indoor cycling journey. Led by a motivating instructor, you'll climb hills, sprint down imaginary roads, and conquer various terrains, all while working on your endurance and lower body strength.
- Yoga: Find your inner calm and flexibility in this rejuvenating Yoga class. Flow through a series of postures that enhance both your physical strength and mental clarity while also learning to connect with your breath and achieve a state of mindfulness.
- Zumba: Let loose and groove to the rhythm in this energetic Zumba class. Dance to infectious beats from around the world while getting your heart rate up, burning calories, and improving your coordination – all while having a blast.
