Class Format Descriptions

  • Spin: Hop on the stationary bike for an immersive indoor cycling journey. Led by a motivating instructor, you'll climb hills, sprint down imaginary roads, and conquer various terrains, all while working on your endurance and lower body strength.
  • Yoga: Find your inner calm and flexibility in this rejuvenating Yoga class. Flow through a series of postures that enhance both your physical strength and mental clarity while also learning to connect with your breath and achieve a state of mindfulness.
  • Zumba: Let loose and groove to the rhythm in this energetic Zumba class. Dance to infectious beats from around the world while getting your heart rate up, burning calories, and improving your coordination – all while having a blast.
  • Barre: Build strength, balance, and flexibility in this low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Using controlled movements and high repetitions, you’ll target your core, legs, glutes, and upper body while improving posture and stability.
  • Restorative Yoga: Slow down and recharge with gentle poses, deep breathing, and relaxing stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave your body and mind feeling refreshed
  • Power Flow Yoga: Build strength, flexibility, and endurance through an energizing flow of yoga poses connected with your breath. This faster-paced class will challenge your body, improve balance, and leave you feeling strong and refreshed
