Cannabis Candyland
Students will learn all about cannabis (marijuana) through the classic childhood game of Candyland. Students will explore myths about cannabis use and learn risk reduction strategies.
Escape the Vape
We want to dispel the myths about vaping. Students will compete in trivia to learn the science behind vaping, laws & polices, and how to reduce their risk.
Good Vibrations
Healthy sexuality is so much more than safer sex. We’re going to talk about pleasure, multiple forms of sexual expression, and self-pleasure. Students will also learn about different types of sex toys and how to use and care for them appropriately.
Let’s Talk About Sex
This program is designed to help students make educated decisions about sexual activity. We’ll bring activities to learn about barrier methods, sexually transmitted infections, contraception, and pleasure. Our goal is to reduce the stigma around talking about sex and start talking about healthy sexuality.
One Love
Everyone deserves healthy relationships! Using videos and discussion, One Love workshops are designed to learn what great friendships and romantic relationships can look like and ways to help a friend in need.
Stressed Out!
We want to help you better understand and manage your stress. Participants will identify major stressors, discuss the beneficial role of stress in their lives, identify healthy stress management techniques, and participate in fun stress relief activities.
Weekend Wipeout
Alcohol is the #1 used substance on college campuses. This program will educate students on basic information about alcohol and give them the skills to reduce their risk if they choose to drink. Through interactive activities, participants will learn about how alcohol affects the body, how they can drink in a safer manner, and how they can assist peers.
