Student Advocates for Wellness
The Student Advocates for Wellness are the peer wellness educators at Springfield College. The mission of the Student Advocates for Wellness is to educate the campus community about living healthy lives.
The Student Advocates inform their peers how to balance the elements of a healthy lifestyle in fun and engaging ways. They focus on the full complement of health and wellness in line with the Humanics philosophy of integration of spirit, mind, and body. The Student Advocates for Wellness help students make healthier choices by improving knowledge, awareness, informed decision-making, and skill-building.
The Student Advocates for Wellness serve as the health education component of the Office of Health Promotion, and are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programs throughout campus.
