After you have identified a potential grant application, analyzed the solicitation, and determined that it is a good fit for your project, then you need to obtain approval to begin working on the grant application. The sooner you can initiate the approval process, the better.
The Letter of Intent is for sponsors that require this or a Pre-Proposal before submitting a full application.

The Full Application is for sponsors that only have a full application submission requirement. This includes proposals in which Springfield College will have a subaward with another institution that is the applicant.
