Leadership Starts Here

Our students serve as leaders on campus, in the community, and in the classroom. Leadership is part of the Springfield College experience and allows students to prepare for leadership roles in life after Alden Street.

Leadership Summit

Leadership is engrained in the culture at Springfield College through opportunities such as our student-run Leadership Summit program. A team of student facilitators takes a group of first- and second-year students on a leadership retreat filled with workshops that help to prepare students to become strong campus leaders.
