Office of Marketing
The Office of Marketing, the central communications organization of Springfield College, promotes and safeguards the image and reputation of the institution and all of its schools, departments, programs, and centers.
We are responsible for the development and maintenance of the College’s brand messaging, Web identity, social media management, graphic standards, photography/videography, and enrollment marketing.
We actively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners both internally across the institution and externally to develop communication and marketing strategies in support of the College’s mission and strategic initiatives.

Image and Likeness Policy
Springfield College may take and use all forms of multimedia of members of the College community. Multimedia may include any type of recording, including photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions.
Any individual wishing to opt out of the College’s use of multimedia can contact the Office of Marketing by email through marketing@springfieldcollege.edu.
Unless notified that an individual does not wish to participate, the College may use this multimedia in any manner or media without notification to the individual. Springfield College, including any organization authorized to publish and/or distribute a finished project containing the images, are not responsible for any claims, damages, or liability that individuals may ever have in connection with the taking or use of the images or printed material used with the images.
