Springfield College Students Take Part in Early Voting

Starting in the fall of 2019, the Springfield College Office of Multicultural Affairs and graduate student Charisse DelVecchio started the 20/20 vision campaign on the campus, which has been instrumental in assisting students with registering to vote, and the actual voting process.

Explanation of goals and vision for the #SCvotes

The Springfield College campus community is committed to making sure the student population gets out there and votes during this election season with the #SCvotes campaign.

Starting in the fall of 2019, the Springfield College Office of Multicultural Affairs and graduate student Charisse DelVecchio started the 20/20 vision campaign on the campus, which has been instrumental in assisting students with registering to vote, and the actual voting process.

In the fall of 2020, student-led groups such as the Men of Excellence, Graduate Student Organization, and Springfield College Athletics have supported the 20/20 vision campaign in supporting the campus community in the voting process.

The campus community embraced the Voter registration process and many individuals have made sure to take advantage of early voting options prior to the Nov. 3 election night. Students have used mail-in voting, voting in person, and made sure to go through and secure and send-in their absentee ballots as well.
