The Springfield College campus community has displayed a strong commitment to the voting process this semester. Students stepped up and made sure their voices were heard by registering to vote, students assisted each other through the early voting options, and now students remain committed to helping each other during the post-election process.

On the campus this week, there are multiple support options for students to remain committed to helping each other with the following Election Week Student Support Activities:

Finding Common Ground: Reflecting and Connecting After the 2020 Election

America has voted. Now what? We won't discuss how we voted; instead, we will reflect on the important issues facing all of us and how we can connect around these issues.

#SCvotes - Starting in the fall of 2019, the Springfield College Office of Multicultural Affairs and graduate student Charisse DelVecchio started the 20/20 vision campaign, which has been instrumental in assisting students with registering to vote, and the actual voting process.

This semester, student-led groups such as the Men of Excellence, Graduate Student Organization, and Springfield College Athletics have supported the 20/20 vision campaign in supporting the campus community in the voting process.

The campus community embraced the Voter registration process and many individuals made sure to take advantage of early voting options prior to the Nov. 3 election night. Students used mail-in voting, voting in person, and made sure to go and send-in their absentee ballots as well.
