Students who complete degree requirements will receive their diploma after the Registrar's Office has verified that all academic requirements are complete, and that all financial obligations to the College have been met.

Diplomas are typically mailed to students within six weeks of their degree being conferred to the address noted on the student’s degree application.

Ordering a Replacement Diploma

Replacement diplomas may be ordered in-person by completing a 'Replacement Diploma Order Form' in the Registrar's Office. You may also print out a replacement diploma order form.

Replacement diplomas also may be requested from the Registrar’s Office by mail. A written request must be made by the student and should include the following information.

  • Full name of student while in attendance
  • Current name (if applicable)
  • Social security number
  • Date of graduation
  • Degree received and program
  • Complete mailing address

A $50 fee is required for each replacement diploma. Payment in the form of a personal check or a money order made payable to Springfield College should accompany the request.
