Degree & Enrollment Verification

Current Student

If you need an enrollment verification, you may go to PrideNET. After logging in, under the “My Profile” tab, click on “My Clearinghouse” from the left hand column. From the Clearinghouse page from the options, click on “Obtain an Enrollment Certificate” to print out your own verification. This form also allows you to enter account names and policy numbers for health insurance purposes.

Companies and Organizations

To conveniently serve companies or organizations around the clock who need to inquire about enrollment status and/or degrees awarded, Springfield College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of both student enrollments and student degree status.

You also can contact Clearinghouse at (703) 742-4200 or by fax at (703) 742-4239. This service is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Please note that the Clearinghouse is not able to process verifications requiring academic (GPA) information. These requests must be processed directly through the Registrar’s Office.
