Transfer Student To-Dos
- Complete the Pre-Advising Questionnaire: August 1
- Preferred Housing Contract Deadline: Placement is done on a rolling basis, complete as soon as you can
- Apply for Alternative Loans (as needed)
- Health Forms Due: As soon as you can
- All Financial Aid Paperwork Due: August 1
- Waive/enroll in Student Health Insurance: MUST either enroll or Waive (An email from Gallagher Student Health will be sent to your Springfield College student email with a temporary password after you have confirmed your Fall schedule)
- Bill Due Date: August 1 or after your schedule has been confirmed
- Maxient Educational Models: Will be emailed to you the week of August 5
Important Dates
- International Student Arrival & Welcome: August 27-29
- Move-in Day: August 30
- New Student Orientation (NSO): August 30-September 2
- New Student Convocation: August 30, 1:30 p.m.
- Classes Start: Tuesday, September 3
- Family Weekend: September 20 and 21
