Housing Process and Forms | Springfield College

When it comes time to participate in the housing selection process, you will use your PrideNET account. When logged into PrideNET, choose "Campus Life" to view more information about housing and residence. From there you will be able to access "My Housing" for room and housing assignment information. You will also find a timeline of the upcoming semester's housing process.

Below are forms and information you might need before starting the housing selection process.

MicroFridge Rental

To order a MicroFridge for rental or purchase, please fill out the MicroFridge online form on our partner's website: www.mymicrofridge.com

The MicroFridge product is a fridge/freezer/microwave combination appliance.

Orders placed prior to August 1 will receive early bird pricing and priority delivery. When your order is placed by the priority deadline, your MicroFridge will be delivered directly to your room.

Residence Hall Break Housing

Please review the Undergraduate Housing Contract for detailed information regarding College Break Periods.  Only students who apply and pay for break housing by the established deadlines are permitted to stay in designated open residence halls during break periods. Most residence halls will be closed during Fall Break/Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break. 

Students who wish to stay on campus in the residence halls during Fall Break/Thanksgiving, Winter Break, or Spring Break, must complete a break housing request in advance. There is an additional Break Housing Fee of  $200 per week - Break Housing Fees are not prorated per day.  


Residence Hall Break closing and opening dates are published in the College’s Academic Calendar. 


Information regarding Summer Housing (housing application, Residence Hall location, and Summer Housing fees) will be advertised during the Spring Semester.
