All housing costs for undergraduate and graduate students listed below are for the academic year.

Undergraduate students are required to live on campus for their first three years. All housing rates are billed per semester.

Graduate Housing Cancellation Request Information

Graduate Housing Students who wish to cancel their Graduate Housing assignment must notify the Office of Housing and Residence Life in writing and the following cancellation fee will be assessed:

Cancellation between May 13, 2026, and June 30, 2026$600 cancellation fee
Cancellation between July 1, 2026, and October 9, 2026*30% cancellation fee

*Percentage of entire housing costs for the 2026–27 academic year
