Graduate Housing Cancellation Request Information
Graduate Housing Students who wish to cancel their Graduate Housing assignment must notify the Office of Housing and Residence Life in writing and the following cancellation fee will be assessed:
| Cancellation before May 13, 2025 | $400 cancellation fee |
| Cancellation between May 14 – June 30, 2025 | $600 cancellation fee |
| Cancellation between July 1, 2025 – October 10, 2025 | *30% cancellation fee |
| Cancellation after October 11, 2025 | *100% cancellation fee |
*Percentage of entire housing costs for the 2025–26 academic year
Students who officially withdraw from the College should refer to the “Tuition, Housing, and Meal Plan Refund Policy” located on the Student Accounts Web page.
