The Campus Recreation department offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs and services each semester to the College community, including activities such as group exercise, personal training, massage therapy, seminars, events, workshops, competitions and non-credit instructional classes. Registration is not required for programs unless otherwise noted.

Ab Lab

This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the core through some innovative and fun exercises. Make sure to come early, as this class fills up fast!

Barre

Barre is a ballet inspired group exercise class. In each barre class, participants will experience a variety of dance-based strengthening exercises to upbeat music. No previous ballet experience is needed to get a great barre workout!

Cardio Kickboxing/Kickboxing

This class will knock you out! Get ready to punch and kick your way to an awesome cardiovascular workout using boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts techniques.

Cycle

This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery, and/or themes. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.

Cycle ‘n’ Core

Thirty minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of core training are packed into this fun and challenging class. You can look forward to great music and an energetic instructor.

Guts, Butts, and Thighs

Just like the name states, this class will focus on the abdominals, glutes, and legs. The "GBT" instructor will lead you through abdominal/core exercises, squats, lunges, and a variety of lower body moves.

HIIT Bootcamp

The name says it all! This high-intensity “bootcamp” style class is the ultimate high impact, total body workout. This class will be sure to blast calories during & after your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.

Mornin' Bootcamp

The early bird gets the worm! For all of you early risers out there – come to this high-intensity “bootcamp” style class is the ultimate high impact, total body workout. This class will be sure to blast calories during & after your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.

Power Yoga

Looking to amp up your yoga practice? Come experience this intense yoga format that is sure to make you sweat! This class will have you moving a little faster, and holding poses a little longer!

Strength & Sculpt

This barbell, strength-resistance class will strength & sculpt your entire body! This choreography-based workout will have you jammin’ to your favorite tunes while performing high-repetition, low weight movements. Please arrive early to set up your barbell & bench.

Ultimate Bootcamp

Looking for the “ultimate” bootcamp experience? This high-intensity “bootcamp” style class is the ultimate high impact, total body workout. This class will be sure to blast calories during & after your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.

Yoga/Yoga Flow

Connect with your body, mind, and spirit while improving your strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. Each instructor has a unique teaching style and approach to yoga.

Zumba

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
