Monday & Wednesday – Yoga
Gym closed? Can't go out dancing? All your fitness classes are cancelled? Can't bring yourself to exercise alone in your house to YouTube videos? Neither can Sean! Get your day started with Sean Lanning as he breaks his quarantine boycott from waking up before noon to bring you funky music, funky yoga flows, corny jokes, and paradoxical questions about the nature of the Universe for you to ponder during this crazy dream. Please welcome Sean's sister Hillary, who's volunteered to be your demo person.
Tuesday – Total Body Sculpt
Join us for this 30-minute total body, circuit-format, workout that is focused on total body, body weight exercises. No gym, no equipment, no worries!
Tuesday – Yoga (12-1pm)
Put on your comfortable yoga clothes, roll out your yoga mat, and join Liza for a live yoga class designed to help relieve stress, anxiety, and fear. This hour-long practice is appropriate for all levels and includes warm ups, postures, and relaxation. Be sure to find a distraction-free location where you have enough space to move.
Tuesday – Yoga (7:30-8:15pm)
This mixed-level yoga class will include centering/breath work, a dynamic warm up, poses in a vinyasa-style flow, balance, deep stretches, and final relaxation/meditation. Students will need a yoga mat. Blocks, straps, and blankets are great accessories, but they're not required.
Wednesday – Mindful Meditation
This live half hour class is designed to settle the mind and soothe the nervous system and suitable for all levels. Class includes gentle stretching, seated meditation, and relaxation. Find a distraction free space for practice and dress comfortably. Roll out your yoga mat if you have one, and you may wish to use a chair for the seated meditation. Option to use blankets and a cushion for relaxation.
Wednesday – Hip Hop Cardio
Hip Hop Cardio with Tash, is a cardio based dance class. It is a 45-minute workout incorporating dance, toning exercise and FUN! The music line up includes current and throw back hip hop songs as well as a few soca, dancehall, and afrobeat tracks!
Thursday – Barre
This class focuses on a series of movements that strengthen the entire body. With a combination of functional strength, ballet, pilates, and yoga, you'll use bodyweight as resistance to focus on alignment and optional posture while enhancing coordination, balance, and overall strength.
Thursday – Gentle Yoga
Be kind to your body in a yoga class that will focus on gentle movement, breathing, stretching, balance, and relaxation. Students will need a yoga mat. Blocks, straps, and blankets are great accessories, but they are not required. A chair (or two) may be helpful for those with mobility, flexibility, or balance limitations.
Saturday – Bodyweight Bootcamp
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS WEEKEND WORKOUT! Get ready to work as Natalie takes you through this 45-minute, total-body, bodyweight class. This is a high-intensity class, but options to modify will be provided, AND you can go at your own pace (no one is watching).
