Class format descriptions

  1. Spin: Hop on the stationary bike for an immersive indoor cycling journey. Led by a motivating instructor, you'll climb hills, sprint down imaginary roads, and conquer various terrains, all while working on your endurance and lower body strength.
  2. Weekend Spin: Start your weekend with an energetic spin class that combines cardio, motivation, and a sense of achievement. Pedal your way through an exciting course, all while building endurance and setting a positive tone for your day off.
  3. Yoga: Find your inner calm and flexibility in this rejuvenating Yoga class. Flow through a series of postures that enhance both your physical strength and mental clarity while also learning to connect with your breath and achieve a state of mindfulness.
  4. Spin and Core: Join this dynamic fusion class that combines the adrenaline of indoor cycling with core-focused exercises. Pedal through exhilarating cycling routines, then transition seamlessly to engage and strengthen your core for a well-rounded fitness experience.
  5. Zumba: Let loose and groove to the rhythm in this energetic Zumba class. Dance to infectious beats from around the world while getting your heart rate up, burning calories, and improving your coordination – all while having a blast.
