Expressive Therapies Group: This is an open group that meets weekly to explore issues through creative, artistic expression. This is a drop in goup and all are welcome, no art experience needed! Meets Mondays from 12:00-1:15 in the first floor of Massasoit Hall. Call or email the Counseling Center for more information.

Women’s Group: This group is a closed group for anyone who identifies as female. This is a process group that explores a variety of issues in a safe and supportive environment. Meets Monday’s 3:00-4:30 in the first floor of Massasoit Hall. Call or email the Counseling Center for more information.

Power of Music Group: This group meets weekly to listen to music folks have brought in that is meaningful or empowering to them. This group focuses on the power of music in improving me ntal health. Meets Tuesdays 3:00-4:30. Call or email the Counseling Center for more information.

New Student Connections / Skill Series Group: This series if offered by the Counseling Center and topics and locations will change every week. Each workshop focuses on a different area of collegiate mental health. Stay tuned for locations and upcoming workshop series! “Drop in with Jade!” Jade will be holding office hours in the DEI office on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00-1:00. This is an opportunity for students to connect with Jade, discuss challenges they may be facing and join each other in an intentional, fun and nurturing environment.
