If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the Counseling Center, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at (413) 748-3345. If the crisis occurs outside of business hours, please contact the Department of Public Safety at (413) 748-5555.

The Counseling Center is available for faculty and staff to walk a student over, express concern or discuss ways in which to support students. The Counseling Center is bound by confidentiality and is unable to confirm or deny is students are seen at the Counseling Center. We cannot provide personal information about students to professors, staff or coaches. If you are concerned about a student please speak with the student directly and ask how you can best support them in getting the help they need.
