Springfield College maintains and continues to build affiliation agreements with professional schools, clinics, and alumni working in health professions to provide opportunities for students pursuing health careers.

Springfield College has established the following fast-track affiliations:

  • American University of Antigua, Coolidge, Antigua
    • Guaranteed admission into AUA’s MD program provided a graduation GPA of at least 3.0 and fulfillment of AUA’s other admission requirements as listed on AUA’s website (link: https://www.auamed.org/admissions/admissions-requirements/
    • Waived application fee
    • Expedited admissions timeline
    • Upon acceptance and commitment to attend, waiver of pre-registration seat deposit
  • Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, PA
    • Springfield College is one of the options for students who have been accepted to LECOM’s Early Acceptance Program (link to https://lecom.edu/academics/early-acceptance-program/) for completing their undergraduate studies 
    • Students may apply for the LECOM EAP through their sophomore year of their undergraduate studies 
    • Osteopathic Medicine 4+4 and Dental Medicine 4+4
  • St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies
    • Students may indicate interest in applying to the 4+4 Pathway for guaranteed entry to SGU’s MD program assuming the following requirements are met at the time of graduation from Springfield College
      • Cumulative GPA of 3.4 and science GPA of 3.2
      • MCAT score within 5 points of the average MCAT score for entering students (current average is approximately 498 as of 2022)
      • Pre-requisite courses must be completed as listed on SGU’s website (link to https://www.sgu.edu/academic-programs/school-of-medicine/md/admission/
      • Upon selection and interview, a provisional acceptance to SGU may be offered
    • Students may indicate interest in applying to the 4+4 Pathway for guaranteed entry to SGU’s DVM program
      • Science GPA of 3.3 with no science grades less than “C”
      • Recommended minimum of 500 hours of animal experience alongside a veterinarian and/or animal-care professional

      • Upon selection and interview, a provisional acceptance to SGU may be offered

    • Dedicated SGU point of contact to service student through the application process and the student’s four years at Springfield College
  • University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic, Bridgeport, CT
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with best 90 credits
    • Minimum of 24 credits completed in the physical/life sciences with a “C” or better
      • At least one course from biology (or anatomy and physiology), general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics
    • Scholarships are available based on student’s GPA at graduation
  • University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME
