We’ve all heard the term "pay it forward."

Refer a Student

This is a response to a person’s kindness to oneself by being kind to someone else. There was a person at some point in your life who kindly pointed you toward Springfield College—and you came! As a result, you benefited greatly by the transformative experience and education you received here. Now you have the opportunity to pay it forward and show that same kindness to someone in your life who you believe would be a good fit for one of our undergraduate or graduate programs.

Springfield College Alumni Book Club

Looking for a new read and an opportunity to connect with fellow Springfield College book lovers?

The Springfield College Alumni Book Club is currently reading Fellowship Point by Alice Elliott Dark.  It is the story of two women with shared histories, divisive loyalties, hidden sorrow and eighty years of summers amongst the pristine coast of Maine.   We will read and discuss, Fellowship Point from August 4 - September 30.  Alice Elliott Dark will join us for a live virtual Author Talk on Wednesday, October 4 at 2:00 pm (ET).

Participation is simple - you just need to get a copy of the book and register to join.  The SC Alumni Book Club connects through a private online forum where members respond to different discussion questions and other "bookish" topics and engage with one another.  Discussions occur online and are asynchronous, so members can provide input whenever their schedules allow.  We spend about two months reading each book to accommodate reader schedules and preferences.

This complimentary program is brought to you by the Office of Alumni Relations.

Register to join the book club.
