Herman O. Kelly Jr., G’76, DMin, has edited Black Rhetorical Traditions in the Civil Rights Movement, issued by Cognella Publishing Company. Kelly is an instructor of African and African American studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Kelly also has overseen the creation of three custom texts in the fields of African American studies and religion. They are The Role of The African American Church in the Civil Rights Movement; Black Rhetorical Traditions in the Civil Rights Movement, Volume 2; and Introduction to Religion: A Study of African American Religion.
