Campus Inclusion Climate Survey: Faculty & Staff Demographics

All Springfield College employees were invited to participate in the campus inclusion climate survey via campus-wide email solicitation and active social media campaigning. Four-hundred-and-fifty-four employees out of a total population of 979 responded to the survey for a participation rate of 46 percent. The Viewfinder survey sought to gather personal experiences of employees within the Springfield College community; the survey was designed to explore employee perceptions of the overall campus climate related to a number of demographic factors as well as employee perceptions of various campus policies and offices. The Viewfinder survey consisted of 79 questions, and used skip logic coding to guide employees to respond to questions that pertain specifically to them.
