Costing of academic programs
Following the work of the Comprehensive Academic Program Review which was one of our original strategic planning working groups, the charge of this working group is to review different academic costing models and develop a model with metrics that are appropriate for Springfield College academic programs. This model will be used to assess the costs of our academic programs and moving forward will be used to make recommendations to invest, sunset, or explore other academic opportunities to meet market demands and support financial sustainability. The working group is expected to conclude its work in Spring of 2023, making recommendations for any changes to the model or adjustments to our academic offerings.
