Comprehensive benefits review
Building on the Staff Compensation Program project from the phase one of the strategic planning process, this working group will evaluate all non-salary related benefits for market competitiveness, benchmarking, and industry best practices. The benefits being reviewed will include medical/vision/ dental benefits, retirement, tuition remission, ancillary lines (life and other insurances), and leave time (PTO). This work is expected to span one to two years.
