Review and recommend enhancements to the services we provide to students, i.e. campus mail and retail operations
The services we provide to students can be a differentiator in the Springfield College experience. This Working Group will review our current offerings and make recommendations for enhancements that elevate the experience and create efficiencies. The goals of the group are to: review our student service offerings to determine whether or not they meet the constant changing needs of students; benchmark offerings against peer and aspirant institutions; explore new initiatives that could elevate the student experience; and make recommendations that prioritize services based on critical student needs and outline next steps in alignment with our College Strategic Plan. This working group is expected to complete its work in 2024.
