Residence Life Cancellation Policies
The College has a three-year residency requirement for first-year students, sophomore, and juniors. All housing contracts are for the full academic year.
First-year students, sophomores, and juniors who wish to cancel their housing must complete a commuter request application and submit it to the Office of Housing and Residence Life. If the request is approved, the following cancelation fee will be assessed. Any student who was eligible to commute who also selected to live on-campus is bound by the three-year residency requirement.

Students who have fulfilled the three-year residency requirement and participate in a Housing selection process:

Graduate students who have selected a room who wish to cancel their housing must notify the Office of Housing and Residence Life in writing and the following cancellation fee will be assessed.
