Graduate study can be very different than your time as an undergraduate. Life gets busy as you try to balance all of your responsibilities in addition to your studies. Natasha "Tash" Corbin, a second-year student in the Therapeutic Recreation program at Springfield College, shares one of the most important lessons she's learned during her graduate study: self-care is important!

Now a rising senior, Graciela Garcia shares the lessons she wished she knew before she entered college—from making friends to losing them, getting involved on campus, and the importance of sometimes being alone.

For the third consecutive year, Associate Professor of Physical Therapy Kim Nowakowski took students to the island of Trinidad to participate in the National Fall Prevention Program.
